Privacy notice

We collect only what we need to clean your home and run our business.

Contact details, your address and home details, and notes you give us (entry instructions, pets, preferences).
Door or alarm codes are encrypted and visible only to the assigned team on the day of the visit; every view is logged.
Payment cards are stored by our payment processor; we only see the brand and last 4 digits.
Before/after photos may be taken for quality control. They are private by default. We never use them for marketing without your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

If enabled, we use Google Analytics to count visits to our public pages (pages viewed, device type and approximate region). We do not send your name, email, address or payment information, and advertising features are turned off.
On our quote form, Google Analytics may also measure anonymously at which step people stop (for example the step reached, the type of cleaning and a price range). It never receives your name, email, phone, address, notes, ZIP code, square feet or exact price, and none of this goes to Meta.
If we run Facebook or Instagram ads, we may use the Meta Pixel on our public pages to measure whether an ad led to a quote request or booking. It does not receive your name, email, phone, address or payment information from us, and it is not used on pages you see after signing in.
Links in our emails and referral links do not pass your quote number, referral code or ZIP code to these tools: our site removes them from the page address before any of them loads.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we load neither Google Analytics nor the Meta Pixel.
Our own site keeps a small cookie for 90 days with how you first reached us (for example an ad, a Google search or another website, and the link's campaign tags), so we know which advertising works. It holds no name, email or phone and is not shared.

We send booking confirmations and reminders. Promotional emails and texts are sent only with your permission; you can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to texts).
If you ask us for a price, we may email you a short reminder about that quote; each one has a link to stop them.

Employee phones share an approximate location only at clock-in/out and job start/finish, to confirm attendance.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. We keep payment and tax records as the law requires.
